Leg workout. Legs were feeling a little dead, glutes especially fried so found myself wanting to come forward on squats. Paused the first rep up to 145.

Step Ups - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 1x6x75, 1x6x85

Walking Lunges - 1x8x30, 1x8x35, 1x8x40

Glute Ham Raises + Glute Kickbacks - 3 sets

L-Sit Chin Ups - 3x8
