Goal was 6x1k with first 4 around 3:48 and then a fast last two. Had some glute DOMS on both sides from yesterday's run so legs weren't the freshest. Started the first 2 reps conservatively and picked it up near the end, was feeling in control. 3rd rep ended a little too fast as I got carried away chasing down cyclists, 4th rep was quite even, still feeing under control. But I also knew I didn't have much more left to give so powered the best I could through the 5th rep pushing hard the last 200m. The 6th rep was tough, pushed hard the last 500m but not as strong as I finished the Yorkville race.

Rests were a little quick. Conditions were pretty good although I felt the wind throughout as it was mostly a cross wind, if anything it hit me harder in the first 3 reps.

Left Achilles is a little tight after.
