Notes

Killed it on deadlifts although form wasn't the greatest, need to focus more on keeping straight back with chest up. Bench press was a disappointment, just had nothing at 190 so failed that. Split squats weren't so bad although didn't get good depth on right side and felt a lot more unstable.
