Treadmill

Notes

Treadmill run at gym after workout, went ok, some shin pain but nothing too bad. Ankle and arch not feeling the greatest today.

Workout was terrible, worst one in a while. Back/glute is hurting after not sure if because of hip thrusts. I didn't feel it during run though.

Bench Press - 1x5x165, 1x4x165, 1x3x165 (regressing, need to drop weight)

Pull-Ups - Ladder to 7 w/10 seconds rest (made it to 7 and then got destroyed coming down, increased rest to 30 seconds and could barely complete 2 reps at a time)

Box Jumps - failed at maybe 27-28 inches, smashed up shin, didn't have any explosiveness today, might be related to weak hip.glutes

Front Squats - 1x5x75, 1x5x95, 1x6x95 (legs,hips feeling really tired, slight compression in back)

Hip Thrusts - 1x6x115, 1x6x135 (off bench, started with low weight and worked my way up, felt it mostly in hamstrings)
