Squats went pretty good, depth not bad although was coming forward a bit.

Squats - 1x5x95, 1x3x115, 1x3x135, 1x3x145, 1x3x155, 1x3x165, 1x8x135

Box Squats - 3x5x115

Walking Lunges - 1x12x35, 2x10x35

Hamstring Curls - 4 sets

Bench Press - Ladder to 5 at 135 w/10 second rest
