Notes

Groin not feeling too hot this morning despite resting yesterday. Still wanted to test the treadmill, started with a brisk walk and then instant pain with the first running step, worse than last time. Pain seems to come with pulling the trailing leg forward. Proceeded to do 15 minutes on elliptical, didn't feel too hot and then a tiny workout, some pallof presses, pull ups, one leg deadlifts, and 3x8x135 bench press.

Bike workout was 45 minutes at easy resistance, able to average 97 rpm, 21.2mph, 183 watts. Watts were definitely inconsistent jumping from 140 to 220 for minutes at a time. Starting to enjoy the bike though.

Groin felt like hell after, couldn't walk without a limp so I went to see Rosti. Got home, took an ibuprofen and is feeling better this evening, will try to give it absolute rest and see if that helps, no cross training, strengthening nor stretching.
