Hamstring improved since 2 days ago but still really tight from the middle down to knee. Felt it extending from the first step I took. Tried to take the run really slow and easy to prevent excess strain. By the end it was quite tired and had tightened up some more but never got really bad and never hurt around the insertion point. Will need to see how it feels tomorrow. I could tell other parts of my body were tightening up too as they were compensating for the weak hamstring.
