Went to gym in afternoon for a workout. Calf is really bothering me, will take tomorrow off.
Rack Pulls - 3x5x215 (used mix grip on last 2 sets which helped a lot)
Bench Press - 1x30x105, 2x4x135, 1x5x135 (first set destroyed my muscles, pushed through pausing from about 20 reps to end)
Step Ups - 1x6x30, 2x6x50 (using barbell onto 18 inch box)
Pallof Press - 1x15x22.5, 2x12x27.5
L Holds - 3x20 seconds
Finished week with 6:27 of cardio (4:27 running, 1:10 bike, 50:00 rowing)
