Up way late last night drinking and eating, was feeling really out of it this morning and took me a while to get into workout. 3rd rep at 115 on overhead press was a real grinder. Used wrist wraps for the first time which provided a bit of support. Bench Press was a little tough despite the reps being pretty smooth. Tried out the knee sleeves for squats and felt pretty strong, only a slight bit of discomfort after the squats but this discomfort lasted into the night which sort of sucked. Will need to try them out again to see if they really can prevent more acute pain and allow me to work through this injury.
