Feeling tired today, warmups went great but just couldn't click at 195. Failed attempt at 5th rep. Tried widening my grip by a finger but not sure this worked, will probably go back to narrower grip. Tried a rep max at 135 w/collars after, paused at 19 and then grinded out 3 more reps before stopping. Don't know if I could have got another. Went lighter on accessory work due to this max attempt.
Bench Press - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x3x155, 1x3x175, 1x4x195, 1x22x135
Incline DB Press - 4x12x50
Dips - 4x12x25 (narrow handles)
DB Flys - 4x10x40
Bar Pressdowns - 1x20x42.5, 3x16x42.5
