Pretty solid effort. Conditions were ok, sunny and 21 but no humidity. There was wind mostly from the SW so the 2nd, 4th, and 6th reps were a bit tougher. I must have worked a lot harder on these reps as the times were better than the odd reps. Goal was to go out aiming for something around 3:46 pace and see if I could hold on. GPS still seems wacky around the playing fields as 1st and 3rd reps started out again over 4:00 pace before seemingly correcting starting about 300m in. I could feel legs tiring in the 3rd rep and was worried I went out too fast but I was determined to split under 3:50 so pushed hard in the last half of both the 3rd and 4th reps. Breathing had already started getting irregular at points in the 4th rep. Last 400m of 5th rep was another hard push and pretty much the last 700m of the last rep was all out. Legs despite feeling heavy and a bit uncoordinated did respond as I was able to negative split the last 4 reps.

Left knee was doing a bit better this morning and isn't completely messed up after but I still feel it did hold me back a bit during the workout. Would like to get this workout under 3:45 to have a chance at sub 19.
