Notes
Run after workout, Did 3x1:00 at 10.0 towards end, felt a little uncoordinated. Left calf getting better. Mid-back feels strained after although didn't feel it during run. Felt it a bit during deadlifts, must have tweaked something before workout.
Workout was:
Deadlifts - 3x5x175 (with hex plates, felt ok, no discomfort in oblique)
Dips - 1x8x25, 1x6x50, 1x6x55, 1x6x60
Wide Pull-Ups - 3x5x25
Face Pulls - 3x8x42.5
Leg Raises 3x6 (done with face pulls)
