Notes

Calves were a little tight and never fully loosened up but fitness wise I was feeling ok by the end. Decided to stretch the run to 12 miles running the route from Saline to Lorient 3 times with each progressively faster. I definitely prefer this hill to the one from St Jean to Lorient as it is longer and more gradual.
