Happy with bench press, lost tightness after the first 3 reps (need to focus on not relaxing at the bottom) which lead to the last reps being quite tough, last rep was a grinder. 160 felt really good. Accessory work felt stronger. Pauses might not have been the best.

DB Incline Press - 4x10x60

Dips - 4x10x45

Cable Flys - 4x8x50
