1.25Km warm-up followed by 6.75Km loop with NB, followed by 6.75Km loop at around tempo pace. (4:23 pace for 6.76km) The loop had about 60m of elevation gain followed by a drop of 60m in the last 2.5km. Right side a little tight but hamstring is continuing to improve. Felt pretty strong going uphill; there were some rollers and about .6km of rocky roads; most of the elevation gain was along the highway over a span of 1.5km.
