Bounced all reps at 95 and 115. Didn't go heavy, instead I did a bit more volume at 135. Felt like I did a good job coming out of the hole while staying tight and not pitching forward or swaying to the side.

Walking Lunges - 3x8x35lb dbs
Glute Pull Throughs + Glute Ham Raises + Leg Raises + L-Sit Chin Ups - 3 sets
