Notes

Didn't go too crazy with squats as I mostly focused on form and getting deep driving through the entire foot. Deadlifts were pretty good, felt like I held good form up to 285. 3rd rep at 265 was tough but the 275 rep was very smooth so went for a double at 285. Struggled a bit but was able to pull through. Bench was pathetic at the end of workout.

Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 1x3x225, 1x3x245, 1x3x265, 1x1x275, 1x2x285

L-Sit Pull Ups + T-Bar Rows + Lat Pressdowns - 3 sets

Bench Press - 1x10x135, 2x8x135
