Right calf still tight, left arch manageable. Didn't know how much I could do today and at what pace but went better than expected. Pelvis was misaligned last night but better today. Mostly a crosswind with some head wind on way home. Had my first training session at the gym in the afternoon and was pleased with the program. Did some light goblet squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, farmer's walks, kettlebell overhead presses and some core/stability work.
