Chest workout, woke up with sore throat, feeling a bit low so not the best workout.
Bench Press - 1x8x135, 3x8x155, 1x10x155
DB Incline Press - 2x12x50, 2x10x50
Narrow Dips - 4x10x25
Cable Flys - 4x10x20
Bar Pressdowns - 2x15x50, 2x12x50
