Training session today, squats feeling better with new technique, getting stronger at 135 but heavier weight still a bit off despite feeling more in control. Wimped on the AMRAP set again today as 160 was tough. Lorenz said deadlifts looking good but form deteriorated after 7th rep on the AMRAP at 225. Deadlifts felt really heavy after squats and AMRAP was brutal but at least no shaky legs.
