Notes

Wanted to put in a stronger effort today on the treadmill. Kept the incline at 4.5% and ran most of it around 7mph but was able to peak at 8.1mph for a minute. Finished with about 3 minutes at 7.5mph. Felt pretty tough, steady tempo breathing for a lot but at this point I find it very hard to maintain tempo effort. Left side still weak but wasn't too much of a bother at higher speeds. Was able to top 1500m this week climbing.
