Treadmill

Notes

Easy run on treadmill after workout, felt pretty good. Workout went OK although I did pull a muscle in my upper back, left side just before leaving for the gym. This hindered the workout as I wasn't able to go too heavy and was a constant bother.

Squats - 1x8x95, 1x5x115, 2x3x135, 1x6x135, 1x8x135 (got easier, happy with depth by the end)

Push Press - 1x8x65, 2x8x85 (couldn't go heavy due to back)

Step-Ups - 3x6x45 (with bar onto 18 inch box)

Dips and L sit holds and pull-ups
