Focused on cluster sets for bench press at goal lift weight which was 125 lbs + collars. Sets consisted of lift + 20 second rest + lift + 20 second rest + lift without going to failure. This time I stopped each mini set at 10 reps. Took a bit more rest after 1st set as I was talking to Lorenz. Still feeling a little lethargic after the last few days of excessive eating/drinking. Worked on squats at the end but was really tight, right quad above knee is so sore and left adductor/groin feels really tight.
Bench Press - 1x(10+10+10) x 125, 1x(10+10+7) x 125, 1x(10+7+5) x 125
Incline Bench Press - 3x8x95
1 arm kettlebell Press - 3x8x12kg
Front Raises - 3x8x22.5
Cable delts - 3x12x10
leg raises - 1x10, 2x8
