Notes

Not really motivated today. With overhead press I controlled each rep taking a breath at the bottom and not relying solely on stretch reflex. Considering this, feel ok about the 6 reps - last rep was a big grinder though. Did a 5x5 at 95 after which fatigued me enough to make bench quite hard. Right hip still really sore. Left elbow is improving slowly.

Overhead Press - 1x5x75, 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x6x115, 5x5x95

Pause Bench Press - 1x5,135, 4x8x155

DB Flys - 3x10x45

Rear Delt + Lateral Raises
