Notes

Goal was to do a 5K time trial to try to get under 20 minutes. Was sweating quite a bit before the start as the air was really sticky with dew point around 21. At least sun wasn't crazy bright. Felt pretty good the first 2K but obviously went out at a pace I couldn't sustain with my current fitness and the weather conditions. Really started falling apart in the 3rd km and by the 4th km breathing was in full on race mode. Decided to just empty the take and not try for a 5th km. Had some wind behind me in the first half. I knew I was in trouble with the slow 3rd K and then starting to run into the wind.
