Notes

Treadmill at Encore, similar to yesterday, 10 minutes, walking rest, 10 more minutes. Noticed that when my pace picked up the discomfort increased, no real pain though, looking better but need to be careful.

Did some weighs prior, single leg deadlifts up to 70, goblet squats 45, dips 3x8x30, pull-ups, push presses, nothing crazy.
