Notes
This is the first 15 miles I've run, and I feel really good about finishing the last split faster than I have run that loop before. I tried to avoid pronating to the outside based on Cliff's comment yesterday, and I think helped with the foot pain, but I'll have to see how long the recovery from this run takes.
I drank water slower than usual and stayed pretty dry from sweat. Sub-70 degrees is really nice. I was only down 3 lbs after the run. There were no spiders this morning. I assume people are using the trail more with the nicer weather or it's the wind/weather that is keeping them away.
