Ran the Hot Chocolate 15K with Russ ad Laura; lots of fun, lots of people, tightc ourse with many turns and people bunched up; felt pretty good most of the way; we started out doing 8:15's or so, then picked it up with Russ and ended on about 7:20 pace; Russ cruised at the end and beat me by 15 seconds; helooked great; Laura had to hit the can at 5 miles and was way back; overall the race was lots of fun and we had a great weekend too!
