Mile on, Mile off. 5:09, 5:05, 5:00, 4:55, 4:54. Mile off averaged 6:10 or just a bit under. Ran with Robby. A bit windy on the North stretch, but he tended to block most of it. Supposed to do 8 x mile, but knee was getting torqued after falling on it.
