Relaxed race, felt good. Tempo effort for about 3, then a little quicker, but still nothing crazy. Made a move when we hit the grass for the 2nd time. 5:30, 16:25 at 3 miles, 21:40 (5:15), 26:49 (5:08), then the rest. Gabe first, then me, Haebe, Rasmussen (closely followed by Blackman, Flynn I think...)
