Relaxed first 5.5 miles or so, then 6:30 pace and below from then on. 7:48, 7:21 first 2 miles. Last 2 were of the first 11 were 6:22 and 6:21 before looping through Homewood. Met up with Greenway and pressed from there. 5:29 (felt very easy), 4:53 (high aerobic work, but felt good, especially for 19 to 20.
