Slow heat of the 3k since I had no time. Ran with Haebe and Ras. Led all but 2 laps (320 meters), but felt strong. Not sure how hard I had to run with the fast heat after us. Haebe and Ras were next in 8:38 and 8:40. First mile in around 4:32 I think.
