Was paced by 1000m runners (Flynn, Swarr, Tommy V), and Paul through 1200. Felt smooth. Aerobically fine. Could have gone quicker for sure. Splits: 64 high, 64, 63 high, 63. Conversion about 6-7 seconds apparently.
