Quick run with Paul. Maybe even conservative estimate on distance... Out to Lost Canyon Road in 28:15, then up for 48:00, then back, and back on 135. Felt good. Miles on the highway were 6:48 (long mile) 6:07, 6:05, 6:53 (started a cool down).
