Notes

Everything that could go wrong today seemed to go wrong. I had trouble sleeping last night, I went to bed at 10. That seems resonable, except i didnt fall asleep for a while, at least past 11. I woke up and drank water. My full water bottle minus some ice. Went to practice and after the warmup had the urge to go to the bathroom, went with no success. I started off on my 8 mile run. I noticed how tired i had gotten before i even turned around. My funky running form causes my feet to burn on the bottom in certain areas. I got home and threw up 3 times. For this reason i slept all day and skipped afternoon practice.
