Barefoot. Sand.
Got lazy and didn't eat very well the last 2 days. Felt bleh going out. Stomach wanted food. Had decided to do a longer run so I kept a slower, but steady pace. Felt a lot better about 2 miles in, but I'll definitely have to make sure I don't neglect the belly again.
The sand was a lot softer than I'm used to, but that's starting to not be a big deal anymore. It definitely slows you down and makes you work harder, but that just makes the run that much better.
3 sets pullups (35), 2 sets pushups (90), ab blaster.
