Notes

Barefoot. Sand.

Still sore from the last run. Picked it up once I loosened up and kept a fast pace. Did 4 sets of pull-ups (35) and 100 yard sprints. Then 80 push-ups and ab workout. Then walked another 0.7 miles barefoot on the sidewalk. I'm going to be sore tomorrow.
