Barefoot. Sand.
Last barefoot run on the beach for a couple of weeks. Headed to Park City, UT tomorrow. Great run. Cool and breezy. Started off really tight, but once I got into form, it felt great. Kept a great pace on the entire return leg.
Freaked out a girl on the pier when I popped up the first time on my 2nd set of pull-ups. In good enough shape to have a conversation while doing them, that's a plus. Did 3 sets (32). Did 2 sets push-ups (90), ab blaster. Walked around a while afterward.
