Notes

Barefoot. Sand. Bleh. I tried to kick up my mileage too fast. Going to take it easy this week. That run sucked, was completely forced. My legs definitely need to catch up. The one positive is that 30 seconds after finishing, I had pretty much completely caught my breath and could do more if my feet and calves could go any further.
