Was going to be a recovery run after doing a 5 mile run and hiking a mountain 2 days ago, but an older guy pushing his daughter in a stroller was keeping a good pace up the first long hill and there were some ladies out walking. So much for a good, slow, steady pace, lol. Also went farther than I planned to.

Ended up being a great run. Kept a conversation going easily at a 7:30 pace. My cardio is great, still working on the rest of the body. Strided then sprinted in hard at the last level section at the end. Fastest I've ran in years. Great run!
