Call this run BR001.
Assumptions:
1) July will be hot.
2) 6AM will be cooler than 6PM.
3) My 6PM workout will interact with my next run.
4) If I add a 6AM buffer run I can tank those interactions into an easy, throw-away run which will not then interact with my PM workout.
Thus is created my summer Buffer Run series. ~20 minutes each morning at an easy effort as wake-up, shake-out, warm-up.
