So the d15k isn't always 15k. Today it was 10 on the old rail trail from the d5k towards Topsfield...at the five mile turnaround we could see that we were not far from a gate across the trail so we ran to that and turned back at ~5.1 miles.

Thanks to the brand new compression socks the calf felt ok for the first 8 miles but locked up after that and I slowed it down and skipped the d5k. Felt good to be out running again though. Remains to be seen how the calf feels tomorrow night for a few hills.
