Track is a 100m rounded box. That makes counting easy, but speed is limited by the sharp turns every ~20-25m.
Ran 2 easy warm-up, 2x 800m at ~10k-15k pace and then 1 mile easy cool-down. Long intervals will be tedious on this track and short ones will be impossible to hit target speed. Still TBD how I will fit this place into my training plan.
