That was most certainly a hill workout. Joined Bash, EJ and the GLRR guys on the hill for 7 of their 12 repeats. Took EJ's advice to call it quits after 7 and it turned out to be a really good suggestion...the calf locked up a bit again as I got back to Mass Ave and I had to walk down until it flattened out around the Chevy dealership.

Calf felt ok again cooling down on the flat section of Mass Ave between there and home. Really good workout and a really good bunch of guys...going to try for 8 repeats next week even though the rest of the crew will probably be tapering in for Boston.
