I know you shouldn't chase lost miles but I did it anyway because I cut my run short this morning. Didn't feel much better on my afternoon run. I guess 1 bowl of oatmeal between a 5 miler and a 3 miler isn't enough fuel for the day. Pigging out during the Packers game as usual should get my calories back up where they need to be.

When Sarah's away on business for a couple days I usually forget to cook real meals and end up just snacking on whatever's around...must stop this.
