Notes
The last real run between me and the marathon. Tonight was just 2 miles, the next and final run will be just a couple easy miles to shake the legs out the day before the marathon.
Tonight I just tried to keep it at marathon pace, even though my body wanted to take me faster. Did a fairly good job of keeping it right where I wanted to be.
These next couple days will be strange without any running whatsoever.
