Notes
Went out for a 4 miler with my daughter Ashlee. She did good for the first couple miles and then started complaining. We finished up the 4 miles and then I continued on for another 4 miles to make it 8 miles total.
The first four miles with Ashlee was at an overall average of 10:00 minute miles, it took the fifth mile for me to get my pace figured out and then the next three miles were pretty good. The last 4 miles were at a 8:44 pace.
