Notes
Very good run this morning. It was 100% humidity and foggy but was a nice 40 degrees. It was really good weather to run in since it wasn't too foggy to see anything or be seen.
Turned pretty good mile splits considering where I have been..... I am speeding up a bit and feeling comfortable.
My left groin was a bit tight this morning, but felt good through the run. Stretched it following the run.
