Finally another run, it has once again been a while 2 miles this afternoon taking it easy because of the calf. The calf has been feeling good so it was time once again to give it a go. Switched to a new pair of shoes as well, the Pearl Izumi SyncroFuel Rd, and also wore some compression sleeves for the first time.
Took it easy the first mile, and then even walked a couple times on the return mile to make sure I wasn't over-doing it.
