Notes
We spent the evening as a family at the park. Payton and I ran a couple laps (1.5 miles) and then continued on and ran home for a total of 3.6 miles.
There are a lot of big hills heading home which we ran, but then walked a little bit following the biggest hill. That was during the third mile which made it a little slower.
It was very hot, hotter than we thought it was at 86 degrees.
